Shipping Policy

We ship from our store located in Fort Worth, Texas.

FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $150!

*A free shipping option will automatically appear during checkout when there is more than $150 of merchandise in your cart. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states.

*Restrictions apply to bulky, long, or oversized items such as, glassware, hats and home goods.

*Restrictions apply to the following clothing vendor: Magnolia Pearl

*International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Order Processing

We insure all items up to $5,000 and provide you with a tracking number.

Please allow 48-72 hours for processing of all orders. Priced shipping costs are calculated at checkout and items will be processed according to your shipping selection. 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time. 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. Keep in mind that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. In addition, orders placed after 3:00 PM, CST, will be shipped the following business day. Please be mindful of National Holidays.

Should an item not be available for immediate shipping, a web sales consultant will contact you to discuss options.  Due to limited inventory, merchandise may not be available at the time the order is placed. Once the sales consultant makes contact regarding an item that is unavailable, the customer will have 24 hours to respond before the order is canceled and/or the customer is issued a refund.

Customer Pickup

We offer Customer Pickup at no charge if you prefer to come by the store to pick up your items. Just select "Customer Pick up" as your shipping method. Our store is located at 100 E. Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not be ready for pick up until the next business day. Orders placed after store operating hours will be ready for pick up the following business day.

Please bring one of the following when choosing "Pick up" at checkout:

  • Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email before heading to pickup
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • State-issued driver's license
  • State-issued ID card
  • Copy of your Order Confirmation email

Domestic Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

All of our packages are sent through external carriers. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes through UPS. The price of shipping is calculated by the final shipping destination as well as the weight and cost of the item(s) that are being shipped.

Expedited shipping: Please note that our system only estimates shipping cost. Express delivery may incur additional charges. Should shipping charges be higher than the shipping estimate provided to you, we will contact you to approve the charges prior to sending the order. Please provide an email or phone number where we can reach you in a timely manner. If you are considering expedited shipping, be aware that the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 3pm, and choose 3-day shipping, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

International Shipping (plus Alaska and Hawaii)

Free shipping is not available for orders being shipped internationally. If you wish to know the shipping cost before an order is placed, please e-mail: info@maverickwesternwear.com with the item you're interested in, and the shipping address so that shipping costs may be calculated. Orders being sent to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally will incur additional shipping charges. This will be calculated at the time of shipping and may not be reflected on your web-based order confirmation. In addition, Maverick Fine Western Wear is not responsible for any other fees including, but not limited to, customs or additional taxes. Shipping outside of the US (plus Alaska and Hawaii) is only available to Canada at this time.
