Shipping Policy

We ship out of our store located in Fort Worth, Texas.

FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100! Must use promo code during check out.

No promo code needed. A free shipping option will automatically appear as a shipping option during checkout when there is more than $100 of merchandise in your cart. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversize items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges.

Order Processing

If your purchase is especially heavy or hard to ship we will add a little extra to cover our additional charges. We insure anything that costs over $100 and will be happy to provide you with a tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for processing of all orders. Keep in mind that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after business hours will not be shipped until the next business day.

Customer Pick-Up

We offer Customer Pick-up at no charge if you'd prefer to come by the store to pick up your items. Just select 'Customer Pickup' as your shipping method. Our store is located at 100 E. Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Keep in mind that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after business hours will not be ready for pick up until the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

All of our packages are sent with UPS ground services and we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time. The price of shipping is based on where the items are being shipped to, and the weight and cost of the items.

Expedited shipping: Please note that our system only estimates shipping, and that express delivery may cost more. Should it be higher than what the system quoted you, we will contact you to approve the shipping cost before sending your order, so be sure to provide an email or phone number where we can reach you in a timely manner. Also, if you are considering expedited shipping, please be aware that the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 3pm, and choose 3-day shipping, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

International Shipping (plus Alaska and Hawaii)

Free shipping during promotional periods is not available for orders to be shipped to overseas or internationally. Because each item is different in weight, size and value, we will need to calculate each purchase indiviually before giving you a quote on overseas shipping. We will send orders to Hawaii and Alaska and Internationally with this extra shipping.

For all overseas, international or shipping methods other than UPS ground within the Continental United States, The Maverick will charge you the actual cost of shipping. This will need to be calculated at the time of shipping and might not be included on your web-based order confirmation, but will be included on your receipt. Once you have completed your order online we will reach out to you via email to inform you of your shipping option and estimates. Once you've confirmed your preferred shipping methods we will edit the shipping charges to your order to reflect the agreed amount. Changes to your order will not be applied without the customer's approval. If payment was made via PayPal, we will send you an invoice for any additional charges.
