Our Merchandise Policy
We strive to keep a current, up-to-date inventory on our website. What is available in our store is updated on the site. However, there are rare instances that items are sold from our physical store before they are taken off of the website, resulting in a web order that we cannot fill.
When you place an order, you will still receive a confirmation number, but it will not be until we check our physical inventory that we will contact you and let you know if that item is unavailable. At that time, we can try to special order the item for you, or cancel the order. In the case that your merchandise is a "sale item" or on "special", we can try to order the item, but it will only be sold at the original, full price.
Our Return Policy
All of our products are crafted to the highest of standards; their fit, quality and durability are all ensured. However, in the unlikely event you do receive an item that is somehow defective, or not exactly what you had in mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
In any case, the item must be in original, unused condition. And that means free of any visible wear and tear, unwashed, and tags still attached. If you are ordering boots or shoes, we cannot return or exchange them if there are scratches on the bottom. We recommend trying them on in a carpeted area because the bottom will scratch very quickly.
To return merchandise, simply send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please include the original receipt and reason for returning the item(s). We do regret that shipping charges are non-refundable. We will return the item back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
When returning merchandise, we strongly suggest using a recognized carrier(such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and insure your items for the full purchase price. And, just in case, keep all insurance and postal receipts for your records.
